Levels of Care
Comprehensive Levels of Care at Project Recovery
At Project Recovery, we offer three structured levels of care designed to meet individuals at different stages of their recovery journey:

-
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP),
-
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and
-
Outpatient Program (OP).
Each program provides a tailored approach to addiction treatment, ensuring the right level of support, therapy, and structure based on individual needs.
Additionally, we have partnered with a trusted sober living facility to provide a stable and supportive environment for those transitioning back to independent living while maintaining their recovery.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP is our most intensive level of care, offering a highly structured treatment experience while allowing individuals to return home or to a sober living environment at night.
This program is ideal for those needing comprehensive medical and psychological support without requiring 24-hour inpatient care. Patients attend multiple therapy sessions daily, including individual counseling, group therapy, and holistic interventions such as mindfulness and fitness programs.
PHP provides medical oversight, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and psychiatric care to manage withdrawal symptoms, mental health conditions, and overall wellness.
This level of care helps establish a strong foundation for long-term sobriety, preparing individuals for the transition into a lower level of treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP offers flexible yet structured addiction treatment, making it an excellent option for those who need continued support but also want to maintain responsibilities like work, school, or family life.
Patients attend several therapy sessions per week, engaging in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), relapse prevention planning, and trauma-focused care. IOP is designed to provide a balance between recovery and daily life, helping individuals strengthen coping skills, manage triggers, and develop a sustainable sober lifestyle.
This level of care is particularly beneficial for those transitioning from PHP or individuals who do not require the intensity of a full-day program but still need consistent support.
Outpatient Program (OP)
OP is the least intensive level of care, offering ongoing therapy and support for individuals in long-term recovery.
This program focuses on relapse prevention, accountability, and continued personal growth, with flexible therapy schedules to accommodate work, school, or family responsibilities.
Patients may attend weekly or bi-weekly counseling sessions, engage in support groups, and receive mental health care as needed.
OP is ideal for those who have completed higher levels of treatment and are ready to integrate back into everyday life while maintaining structured support.

Sober Living Partnership

For individuals needing a safe and stable environment while navigating early recovery, Project Recovery has partnered with a trusted sober living facility.
Sober living homes provide a structured, drug-free environment where residents can build healthy routines, practice accountability, and receive peer support. This partnership helps bridge the gap between treatment and independent living, reducing the risk of relapse while promoting long-term success.
Combining PHP, IOP, or OP with sober living offers the best chance for sustained recovery, as it reinforces healthy habits, responsibility, and community connection—key factors in long-term sobriety.
At Project Recovery, we are committed to providing the right level of care at the right time, ensuring every individual has a personalized path to recovery. Whether starting in PHP, transitioning through IOP, or maintaining support in OP, we help clients regain control, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting sobriety.
